He obtained BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lagos in 1972 and a Masters in Business Administration from the same university in 1975.

He worked in top management in both R.T Briscoe and Mandilas Ltd before setting up Crossaids Limited - a design, procurement and construction engineering company.

A worthy servant leader Engr. Dada believes strongly in honesty, transparency and business ethics and his personal integrity has remained untarnished. With a 2003 BTh degree in Theology he serves as the Pastor of Rhema Pastures Covenant Church, Lagos

Soji Apampa is currently CEO of RTA Intelligence Ltd, a business intelligence and reputational risks management company. Prior to that he was managing director of SAP Nigeria Ltd, and Regional Manager (West Africa), for SAP where he worked for 8 years since early 1999.

Mr. Apampa also co-founded The Convention on Business Integrity in 1997. He is a director and volunteer consultant for both INTEGRITY and the Convention on Business Integrity. In his role as volunteer consultant, Mr. Apampa has carried out numerous assignments for various international organisations including the World Bank, DFID, UN Global Comapct, and many others. Mr. Apampa graduated with a B.Eng (Hons) in Civil & Structural Engineering from Sheffield University in 1987 and held several engineering posts in various companies till he joined SAP in 1999.

Mrs Dada is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Nigeria as well as an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. She trained under the distinguished firm of Akintola Williams & Co (Chartered Accountants) as well as Fidelity Union Securities Limited.

She worked for 7 years as Head Of Finance and Budgets at the Financial Institutions Training Centre before setting up PROMINENT SECURITIES LIMITED. She is happily married with children.
