Welcome to Prominent Securities Limited a licensed dealing member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange was incorporated in March 1992. The Company is approved by the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) to carry on business as stockbrokers, portfolio managers and investment advisers. The company commenced trading on the exchange in February 1995.
Upon incorporation in 1992, the Company had an authorized share capital of N5m. Currently, authorized share capital is N1bn and the paid-up capital is N400m. Recently, the Board of Directors of the Company passed a resolution to increase the Company's authorized share capital to N2bn. Accounting year end is 31st December.
